Research purposeThe coach could provide special physical training for injured athletes of middle-distance race to reduce their loss of motor ability and maximunly keep their original. Therefore, the thesis figures out a method to maintain their motor ability for injured runners who are not suitable to train at that moment.Research methodThe studied object is specail training of injured athletes of middle-distance race.6 injured middle-distance runners from Shanghai term volunteer to join this study. It has been proved that their health, blood pressure, heart rate, ect are all regular by health examination. But there are differences according to their ages and years of training. The study involves into the runners' maximum intake of oxygen, ventilatory anaerobic threshold, changes of lactate after high strength training and other training test. During the test, we took blood indicators such as hemoglobin(Hb), Urea,Creatine knase(CK),testosterone(T),Cortisol(C) from runners'vein on elbow before their breakfast on Monday per two weeks. The records got intensity and volume of the whole training.Under the method of statistics, the study gets its concrete way for testing "t". When significant criterion P<0.05, it means there is significant difference; when P<0.01, it suggests high degree of significant difference.Research resultThrough comparing the difference of maximum anaeronic power Relative,Relative of VO2max,, VT/VO2max%,9min lactate clearance rate after the test, the study draw a conclusion that three indicators of metabolism from most of the runners show no significant difference(P>0.05). But Mr. Tang and Mr Wu get their VT/V02max% as P= 0.035(P<0.05)and P=0.047(P<0.05).Mr Tang's maximum anaeronic power Relative P is 0.037(P<0.05), which indicates a significant difference. So does Mr Wu's.Conclusions(1) it is feasible to give special training to injured runners of middle-distance race.(2) through proper special training for injured runners of middle-distance race, the motor ability of the athlets could be improved during the course.(3). there will be a positive effect for injured athletes of middle-distance race if proper physiological and biochemical parameter is adopted.
