Purpose: In today's rapid development of science and technology,science of sports training will become more and more seriously enough.In the whole process of sports training,by applying the scientific training methods and means,in order to obtain a good training effect.Scientific training basic content is the physical training,physical fitness is the basis of the athletes achieve success of the movement,to strengthen the scientific,physical training is an important aspect of scientific training.Physical training has now become a necessary training in sports training,boxing is no exception.Research shows that physical training effect is good or bad has a direct influence for boxing.Boxing belongs to the dominant class skills type of fighting against events.In the process of boxing athletes matched to the needs of the fitness and skill levels-plays an decisive role in the outcome of the game.This study based on 16,17-20 years of Jinan city sports school men's boxer ten weeks of physical stamina training intervention,aimed to explore new method compared to traditional physical training method of physical training for the sports school of Jinan city man part boxing athletes physical quality what effect? Through experiment it is concluded that the novel means of physical training for the sports school of Jinan city man the utility of boxing athletes' physical qualities,to improve the physical condition of Jinan sports school men's boxing athletes,novel physical training method is introduced into the day-to-day,enriching the content of sports training in sports training,to look forward to improve men's boxing athletes physical ability at the same time,also can arouse interest and enthusiasm of the athletes to participate in sports training.Methods: This study through the literature material law,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as the application of the theory and practice of physical training are discussed in this paper.By comparing the intensity of boxing athletes training of other countries for reference and combining our school's men's boxing athletes and the differences between the elite male boxing athletes' physical qualities,design a set of novel,complete training plan.This experiment select 16 17-20,Jinan sports school men's boxing athletes as the subjects,according to the age,height,weight,training,fixed number of year is divided into experimental group and control group,to carry out physical training plan for ten weeks,among them,the control shall be carried out in accordance with theoriginal training program before physical training,the experimental group on the basis of the original training program,the weekly training in long run,the squat,bench press tire replacement for three times a week over 20 minutes training and physical training rope training.Before and after experiment on the physical aspects of the two groups(sensitive quality,endurance quality,speed quality,strength,quality)indexes were tested.Using SPSS20.0 software test data before and after the experiment the mean and standard deviation calculation and the use of paired sample T test and covariance T test calculation between experimental group and control group before and after the experiment group and the test data of P values,which doesn't mean all P > 0.05 have significant difference,P < 0.05 has significant difference,P < 0.01,highly significant difference.Results: after ten weeks of physical training,speed quality aspect: the experimental group upper limb rate quality test before and after test indicators have significant difference,the control group before and after the experiment test indicators do not have significant difference;Endurance quality aspect: the experimental group before and after the experiment test indicators do not have significant difference,the control group before and after the experiment test indicators have significant difference;Sensitive quality: the test index has significant difference before and after the test,the control group before and after the experiment test indicators do not have significant difference;Power quality: the quality of upper body strength test before and after the test index is highly significant difference,the control group before and after the experiment test indicators have significant difference.By means of the experimental group and control group test data of significant differences between before and after the experiment,the speed quality and power quality,sensitive quality aspect,the effect of the experimental group are better than the control group;In the endurance quality control group is better in the experimental group,and the experimental group training effect of the upper limb training effect is better than the lower extremities.Conclusions: Research conclusion: to sum up,the novel means of physical training for men's boxer arm speed quality,strength,quality and sensitive quality has a certain utility.But in general,novel physical training for men's boxing athletes physical aspect has little effect on the endurance quality,so in the sports training must according to their own advantages and disadvantages of physical design suitable training plan.Second,since this study belongs to the exploratory study,theoretical support is less,have great may be because the experiment cycle is short,the cause ofthe training intensity is small,the training effect is not obvious,and the experiment without selecting research on physiological and biochemical indexes and late advice can research from multiple perspectives,multiple objects,the physical indexes,for deep research.
