1 ObjectiveAs a large population, the problem how to use limited resources to provide more health services to elder people has been with us for a long time. With the increasing popularity of the network, the network advantage is reflecting not only through to integrate more resources, also to save costs, and for fitness to provide scientific guidance.2 Methods of network fitnessThere are several forms of network fitness:community network fitness, family network fitness, the office network fitness, gym and fitness club network fitness.2.1.1Community Network fitness Community Fitness Guidance NetworkFirst, by connecting the public health guidance network which provides simple guidance and exercise fitness program, community residents could use it to learn the body mechanics, the proper use of fitness equipment in the community. In addition to fitness query network, there are community health records.2.1.2 Community SportsThrough the establishment of multi-media room, playing VCD, DVD and other video to guide community residents to learn aerobics, tai chi and other fitness activities in the community. No need of professional fitness coach, using the multimedia video can make a simple activity room into a fitness place.2.1.3 The on Line Guidance of Fitness ExpertBy instant messaging software, fitness experts and community residents can make a face to face communication. Through this methods people can carry out fitness, health talks, accept the advice and so on. Also by the network, collect residents'daily fitness questions and submit to the experts, then experts recommend following feedback to the appropriate people on line.2.2 Family network fitness2.2.1 Family FitnessIn the home use simple online fitness equipment, and connect it with the network to achieve fitness equipment monitoring. Home gym fitness uses shared free network and payment networks.2.2.2 Fitness equipment for remote monitoringThe method by pedometer monitoring and recording data on time can provide a real-time monitor of physical activity. Before and after experimental we arranged the test contain:fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, triglyceride, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein total of five blood parameters and BMI.3.2 ResultsThe monthly all subjects have higher-step movement, increased physical activity, after the three months movement is stability more than 12,000 steps. Effective steps have a steady increase reached more than 7,000 steps. After the experiment triglyceride levels had significantly lower, from 2.23mmol/l decreased to 1.56mmol/l,which means exercise intervention can help reduce triglyceride levels. After the experimental BMI has a significant change,from 23.65 decreased to 23.26,which suggests that experimental exercise intervention conducive to loss weight.4 Conclusions1) With the continuous development of network, community networks fitness, family networks fitness, the Office networks fitness, network in the fitness and health management organizations and other network forms are growing increasingly popularity, the network fitness has become a way of life, another new fitness means to improve health.2) By use of network technology, physical fitness activities are much more scientific and reasonable, easier controlled. Enhancing communication between Exercise and fitness experts through the network make fitness training more effectively. 3) During the three-month campaign, by use of pedometer intervention make the elderly gradually increase physical activity, total and effective steps also have a continuous and steady increase, body mass index improved significantly.4) After the 3 months walking exercise intervention, subjects were significantly lower triglyceride. Blood glucose, insulin, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein has different degree of improvement, but the results not significant, suggesting that only long-term aerobic exercise is effective in reducing cardiovascular disease risk.
