By vestingating the present study of sencor high school students, the essay mainly deals with the following problems:How to make students master the elementary knowledge and skill, andknow something about the conception of mathematics;how make students think logically and express themselves chearly in maths;how to make students can seek truth from facts and be persevering in maths learning;how to help students solve the problems and know something about the world by the way of mathematics thinking;how to develop students learning capacity and attainments to show the function of maths?And the essay examines the process of maths learning with the help of maths education reforming policy.The common sense is that fostering self-monitor capacity during learning maths is the most important. And the essay refers to the following points:the necessarity of study self monitor;the definition of self-monitor in learning maths;Analysing the factors of influencing maths learning; pursing thedeve loping law of self-monitor-ability.After all the teachers and students pay great effors to it, the practical activies becomes moreeffective. we draw five conclusions:(l)Tracning self-monitor-ability can help students get better score; (2)The practice can consolidate and improve maths learning structure.Pay more attention to self analysis is the key to strengthen self-educated-ability.
