The professional identity of teachers is the individual teacher agree on the extent of the occupation. It is the professional behavior tendencies , such as cognitive and performance, that forming in the process of the work of teachers .Currently, the researches on, professional identity of teachers has become a hot topic in the field of our society, but the researches which on the professional identity of biological teachers in rural areas has not formed the specialized and systematic results. Taking a wide view of the researches before, the results of the research perspective are most based on the professional identity of teachers on the first-tier cities and neglected the status and investigation on professional identity of teachers in rural, the researches also lacked of the empirical results with targeted and explanations of relevant theoretical.The research refering to teacher education and the theory of professional identity research of educational psychology in general, through empirical investigation and the results from the existing research, analysises the structural dimension of career identity of rural teachers in our country ,deeply investigates Biology Teachers Professional Identity in Rural status to identify problems and puts forward effective measures on purpose on then offers some suggestions on how to improve our level of professional identity of teachers in rural areas for since the new curriculum, in particular, the State Council in 2001, "Education Reform and Development on the basis of the decision "This study adopts combine quantitative and qualitative research and literature research, questionnaire and interview with the method of analytic, through to the first teachers, principals of empirical investigation, interview, professional identity status of teachers in rural areas are discussed and comprehensive analysis. Among them, the empirical survey by stratified sampling survey research methods, mainly is aims at rural biology teacher surveys of the middle and high school in liao ning province. 1. A rural dimension of teacher professional identity is a multi-level structure system, including physical security, professional behavior, attitudes, four levels of environmental support.2.This study designed instrument, "the questionnaire professional identity of teachers in rural areas" with high reliability and validity, in line with requirements of psychological testing scale, and can be used as survey's measurement tools on professional identity of biological teachers in rural areas3.With the national education policy to support rural teachers unveiling, the professional identity is relative high level about biology teachers in rural areas. But the professional identity of biological teachers in rural areas is out-off-balance in four factors, among them the highest Identification Degree is environmental supporting while Material guarantee is the lowest. 4.The professional identity of teachers in rural areas are influenced by not only biological sex and experience of teaching but also the different sections and levels of wages and other objective factors: The teacher professional identity of women teachers in rural was higher than men teachers significantly; Different teaching experience of teachers in rural areas of biological existed differences on the protection in physical and factors of behavior occupational. The teachers professional identity who had the teaching experience of 20 years of biology in rural was the lowest; at the same time, the teachers who had the experience of teaching above 20 years were higher than the other seniority teachers in the professional conduct identity significantly; The biology teachers of the rural in different students section had quite differences in professional emotional, support from the environmental and level of recognition of professional; The biology teachers in rural areas who had different levels of wages had differences in the protection in physical and behavior of professional significantly.5.The professional identities between urban teachers and rural are quite different on each factor in our country, in addition to the emotional factor of the career, the city teachers'professional identities are higher than the rural.Form the empirical investigation above, this article focus on how to effectively improve the professional identity of rural teachers, curb the status of rural teachers'loss, and reduce the education gap between rural teachers and urban gives some thinking and suggestions as follows:(1) strengthen the rural schools'democracy building and leadership oversight mechanisms (2) establish living of compensation mechanisms (3) establish a regional compensation mechanism for rural (4) change the management system of rural education at this stage, changing the "County" to "the State Office of Education" (5) strengthen two-way flow of urban and rural teachers, balance urban and rural teachers resources (6) imply vocational training for the rural teachers timely and appropriately.
