As society developing, science and technology have in all aspects of social life. Have some scientific literacy levels, is the modern citizen survival and development of basic protection, social progress and development. While raising the level of citizen science literacy is highly dependent on education, especially in the subject position of basic education. Chinese as a foreign financing basic, integrated as one of the subject, is to learn other subjects, therefore, should be included in the teaching of Chinese on the scientific quality of the education of students. This article is in Chinese teaching how to foster literacy had in-depth discussions and studies to look forward to the development of language teaching, resulting in optimized to improve students ' qualities.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part focuses on showing select this discussions and studies; and abroad about the current status of scientific literacy; progress and research methods are used. The second part is the description of the language teaching and training of students on the relationship between science and literacy, language is learning the basic disciplines of science, the human spirit is the scientific literacy of the undying, language teaching materials is an important carrier of scientific knowledge of the three aspects of the introduction and instructions. The third part is for middle school science literacy survey analysis, from scientific knowledge and skills, the scientific activities of procedures and practices and on the science of emotional attitude and values towards middle school students have the scientific quality of the current situation and problems to in-depth analysis. The fourth part is a full-text of key content, focusing on language teaching science literacy. First, the students should have the form of scientific literacy; Secondly, raised in classroom teaching science literacy of effective approaches and methods, mainly by mining in reading, writing and teaching, play, in general learning exercises, development, bringing into full play the important role of computer multimedia, and so improving student's scientific literacy; again, pay attention to improve the scientific quality of language teachers, teachers in Kong selection and in-service training.This article is intended to make people aware in Chinese teaching students the importance of scientific literacy and operability, and grasp in language teaching in scientific literacy of the General method for language education training full development of human capabilities, to promote the development of Chinese education.
