Research On The Causes And Measures Of Prevention For Juvenile Delinquency

Since the 20th century,70year, China's juvenile delinquency straight up, causes great harm to society. Faced with this situation, people are seriously thinking about the reasons for it and start to make the prevention measures.This paper systematically describes the concept of juvenile delinquency, the status of juvenile delinquency and the main features. After facing with new feature and situation, it seeks a more in-depth analysis to causes (mainly five aspects:family reason, the school reasons, social reason, minors their own reasons, legislative judicial reason.)This paper uses the experience of other countries for reference about prevention for juvenile delinquency and makes the prevention measures of juvenile delinquency. These measures don't only include prevention before crime but also after crime. Especially it puts forward a sound system of criminal justice and makes a complete set of China's juvenile delinquency prevention system response analysis and path selection.The prevention measures before crime are also described about family, school, society, minors their own reasons.
