Based on Weifang Kindergarten Teacher's investigtion and stuady harmonious society is combined with many factors, the psycholoyy of the kindergarten teacher is also influenced by the material, cuture political and so on. The motivation, incentine of the them should be improved. Only if through studying the content, degree and the influercial factors, the incentive of teachers can be improved, and they will be activity, initiative,creative power and put their heart on the development of the kindergarten.This paper is mainly through literature method, observation method investigation, and based on the situation of the wei fang kindergarten, through investigation papers and interview, learning teachers'views and thoughts about their work, analysis the reasons of their unsatisfaction and job tiredness,beside this,using incentive theories to analysis how to improve the working efficiency.According to the particularity of the kindergarten's work, and Herzberg's "two-factor theories ", the factors that influence the teachers'job satisfaction and incentive can be studied from health protection(external)factors and incentive(internal)factors.The external factors inculde working conditions, managemant, personal relationship,check revaluation,material incentive.the internal factors which include spiritual incentive,working attraction, personal development, and so onThrough the analysis of the investigation papers and records of the inverview,most of teachers are tend to satisfaction, but some of them are not satisfy the leader management and personal development.According to the study of the factors that influence the teachers' incentive mechanism.we should bring every teachers'activity, initiative into playHow to improve this. first, improve the salatry treatment and welfare,establish science management mechanism. second, pay more importance on the power of the spiritual incentive,give them more study opportunities. third, continously improve to judge their working quality and quantity. forth., using the rights incentive, and give teachcrs rights to allow them to take part in management and incentive their sense of being the master of their own affairs. Finally, based on the need of the teachers'feeling. we should trust, respect them.
