Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Public Kindergarten Teachers

In basic education,early childhood education is an indispensable part,the effectiveness of early childhood education for the healthy development of society is far-reaching.In the early childhood education,teachers bear the main responsibility.There are many factors that affect teachers' working attitude,way and quality,especially the material,spiritual and environmental factors.This requires the establishment of a sound incentive mechanism for early childhood teachers and the mobilization of their subjective initiative.Based on this,the research on the incentive mechanism of preschool teachers is of far-reaching significance.Only after in-depth exploration of their job satisfaction and specific influencing factors,can we formulate a feasible and perfect incentive mechanism for teachers,further promote preschool teachers to correct their work attitude,correct their work methods,improve their work quality,and contribute more to the development of preschool education.On the basis of literature review,this paper combs the composition of the former teacher incentive mechanism,and finds that the existing research pays less attention to the kindergarten teachers,especially the public kindergarten teachers,who are just the important force of preschool education in China.Therefore,this paper selects 258 kindergarten teachers from 12 public kindergartens as the research object,analyzes the basic situation of the incentive mechanism of public kindergartens,and points out that the current incentive mechanism of public kindergartens includes insufficient salary incentive,insufficient welfare treatment,lack of professional growth and training,unreasonable assessment and evaluation system and democracy Finally,the corresponding solutions are put forward,including material incentive strategy,spiritual incentive strategy and environmental incentive strategy.
