Abstract/Summary:
At present,the public kindergarten teachers in the city are relatively stable,and the overall quality is high.However,with the development of society,preschool teachers are affected by many aspects,and the problem of insufficient motivation for the overall growth of preschool teachers is becoming more and more prominent,which is closely related to the imperfect and unscientific incentive mechanism of kindergarten teachers.Based on the two factor theory and human-oriented theory,this study adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis,and adopts the self compiled "Research on the strategies for improving the incentive mechanism of teachers in urban public kindergartens" and "interview outline for improving the incentive mechanism of teachers in urban public kindergartens",Based on the survey of the incentive demand and incentive mechanism of teachers in public kindergartens in Tai’an City,this paper uses spss24.0statistical software to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire and interview data to understand the main incentive demand of different types of teachers in public kindergartens and the main problems existing in the incentive mechanism of teachers in public kindergartens,This paper explores the causes and puts forward the strategies to improve the incentive mechanism of teachers in public kindergartens.Through the analysis of teachers’ questionnaires and interviews,it is found that there are many problems in the incentive mechanism of public kindergarten teachers,such as the lack of system of incentive system,the formalization of training,the weak standardization of assessment and evaluation,the imperfection of welfare treatment system,and the obvious weakness of spiritual motivation.However,the lag of laws and regulations in operation,the lack of financial investment in preschool education,the lack of leadership construction of kindergarten principals,the lack of honor system for kindergarten teachers,and the lack of fine incentive system with strong pertinence are the main causes of these problems.In order to further improve the incentive mechanism for public kindergarten teachers,the author puts forward the following strategies: first,to improve policies and regulations to create a good atmosphere;second,to increase financial support to enhance the remuneration and welfare of kindergarten teachers;third,to attach importance to humanistic management;fourth,we should strengthen the leadership construction of kindergarten principals;fifth,we should improve the scientific level of evaluation system construction;sixth,we should combine spiritual and material incentives;seventh,we should carry out training work in a down-to-earth way.
