Teachers' professional identity is a diverse, complex and dynamic development process. Teachers only confirmed himself as a professional teachers, he can really know their professional development direction, not because of frequent change get reform plan, also does not chase luxuriant popular usage. Therefore, researching the primary school teachers'identity and self-identity construction has the vital significance for the teachers' professional development and quality of teaching.Based on the analysis of the teacher's professional identity theory , part of primary school teachers in Nanchang as the research object, by questionnaires on six aspects, from self-image, self evaluation, professional status, professional motivation to professional emotion and professional expectations, discussing the current state of primary school teacher professional identity. Through the analysis of investigation results of primary school teachers professional identity found some problems in: firstly, the primary school teachers need to improve professional identity levels. Primary school teachers' professional identity levels are not high. Some factors have differences, especially in the average self-image, professional expectations, and professional motivation. Secondly, self construction awareness in the teacher professional development needs strengthen. Teachers did not recognize the importance of developing self awareness in their professional development process. Thirdly, there is a large gap between the ideal states of teachers and the reality. Most teachers thought that primary school teacher professional status are not high, both in the ideal and reality. Being a teacher in primary school can't exert their talent. Between the ideal of life and the reality has certain disparity. To solve the weak awareness of teachers'self-identity, the author tried to finger out four suggestions, such as improving teachers'in-service training, teachers' professional autonomy consciousness, improving teachers' happiness, construction of teachers' professional community.The author expects to provide inspiration and reference to the elementary school teacher professional development and self-growth by some exploration and discussion, and to reflect the important meaning of teachers' professional autonomy consciousness. Anyhow, this paper tries to analyze and discuss, in theory and action of two level, strategy on strengthen the primary school teachers professional identity self construction, and to provide some enlightenment and reference to the teacher education in normal school of education and in-service teachers.
