It is a valuable topic to research dangerous factor which hiding in the various supporting systems during the Olympic Games. According to the research we can find the way to reduce the probability of occurrence of unexpected events in the Olympic Games.Many shocking terrorist attacks happened in Olympic history even though the security was taken in the first place. Such as the tragedy of the eleven Israeli delegations' death in the 20th Olympic Games in Munich, Germany, and 1996 the bombing case in Atlanta Olympic Park is also the shadow around people's heart. We must attach importance in the security problems as outbreak of epidemics throughout the world, terrorist attacks, rioting fans, network security, traffic congestion and other issues which will impact the Olympic Games.The article used method of literature search, expert interview, logical analysis and comparison to analysis unexpected events took place during the organization of modern summer Olympics. we make the research of the emergency Definition, classification and characteristics, we found that the main types of emergencies in the history of Olympic Games including wars, politics, terrorism, racial issues, environmental problems, stimulants, people demonstrations, public health problem, referees and so on. According to the analysis the trend of incidents of modern Olympic Games, we try to find the countermeasure to prevent.According to the research and analysis of the emergency events in the Olympic Games,we elicit the following recommendations,such as building management system to response the emergency events; establishing legal system of the unforeseen events; making preventive system for emergencies to improve its organization; intensive the exchange of emergency response information; taking more attention to the key area's monitoring and protection in the Olympic Games;enhancing network security protection during the Olympic Games to ensure its security network system; establishing publicity and education and training system.
