In regard with the current situation, we must constantly adapt to secondary vocational schools to explore training model in order to improve the quality of personnel training in vocational education, and to achieve vocational talents training objectives. The "order of education" has been used in China's vocational and technical education as a new training model. "Order of education" is to solve the positioning problem of vocational education in its development. "Order of education" is also an internal demand for educational institutions, enterprises and students to implement their interests in common. It also reflects that the active role of secondary vocational schools in serving the economic and social development."Order of education" training model's greatest strength is its ability to increase market awareness of the school and open education awareness, better ability to implement the student's professional positions; improve their competitiveness, employability, and this model of vocational education reform and the positioning for new thoughts in secondary vocational education that will have a positive impact.In this study, we chose the implementation of Lianyungang Vocational Education Center "order education" training model as our case study. The study methods include interviews and questionnaires, research and analysis of the "order of education" the implementation of effective training model, successful experiences and problems, and propose countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the "Order of education" training model, while avoiding disadvantages, to absorb and learn from the successful experience of development of vocational education, both domestically and internationally, to solve problems in the "Order of education" training mode, and to provide enough outstanding skilled personnel for the society, and most importantly to promote the healthy development of secondary vocational education.
