At a time when the country has vigorously advocated and comprehensively promoted high-quality development,the development of the national economy has not only created a large demand for innovative high-level talents,but also skilled in all kinds of vocational skills.There is a huge demand for vocational and technical talents with the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of higher vocational and technical talents.By comparing and summarnzing the typical "order-type" talent training model of secondary vocational education at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the "order-type" talent training model in China's secondary vocational education.This paper probes into the ways and countermeasures of optimizing the mode of personnel training in secondary vocational education.This paper first discusses the background and significance of strengthening the research on the training model of secondary vocational education talents in China,and combs the relevant research literature on the training model of secondary vocational education talents at home and abroad.The related concepts and connotations of the talent training model of secondary vocational education and the "order type" of secondary vocational education are defined,and the relevant theories are discussed.Secondly,it describes the current situation of the practice of the "order-type"talent training mode in secondary vocational education in China,analyzes the existing problems and reasons.The main problems in the "order-type" talent training model of secondary vocational education in China are:the enthusiasm of both sides is not equal,the relevant agreements in cooperation are not standardized,many secondary vocational education colleges and universities do not meet the basic requirements;In talent training,students' personality development,all-round development and lifelong development are ignored.Then the basic operation mode of the "order-type" personnel training mode of secondary vocational education,such as Germany's "dual system" training,the British"sandwich" work-reading system,the American cooperative education model,etc.The main characteristics and several relationships that need to be handled well are discussed.The paper also puts forward its reference and inspiration to the"order-type" personnel training of secondary vocational education in China:to establish a cooperative education model of secondary vocational schools and enterprises with local characteristics,to gradually perfect the system of cooperative education between secondary vocational schools and enterprises,and to improve the system of cooperative education of secondary vocational schools and enterprises.Combining theory with practice is the guiding principle of cooperative education between secondary vocational schools and enterprises.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience and inspiration of the "order-oriented" talent training model of secondary vocational education in the West,this paper starts with four aspects:the state and the educational management department,the secondary vocational school,the cooperative enterprise and the teachers of the secondary vocational school.The countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the "order type" personnel training mode of secondary vocational education in China are put forward.
