The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Management Of "order-type" Classes In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,it is difficult for the students of vocational schools to find suitable jobs.The main reason is that there is inconsistency between the training methods of schools and the quality of talents in the market demand.With the deepening reform of vocational education,"order-based personnel training" model came into being."Order-based" training provides a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation for the development of Vocational education,realizes the cultivation of practical and technical talents,is conducive to the economic construction of the country,enables the advantages of enterprises to integrate organically with school cultivation,thus optimizing the allocation of resources,and enables students to adapt to future work as soon as possible..However,there are still many problems in the class management under the "order-based" training mode,such as the backward management concept of the school,the serious homogenization of the order class and the ordinary class,and the poor communication between the school and the enterprise.Based on the theory of class' s management in secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes the current situation of "order-based" class' s management in secondary vocational schools in China,analyzes the main problems from the school mechanism,teachers and students,and analyzes the reasons from these three levels.Finally,combined with the requirements of "order-based" class management and the characteristics of secondary vocational education,put forward the "order-based" class management suggestions and countermeasures.It is hoped that through the investigation and thinking of this paper,we can do some useful exploration on the problems of "order-based" class' s management in secondary vocational schools under the situation of the shortage of skilled personnel,and provide reference for the students,and improve the quality of vocational education.
