As the reform and opening up steadily in our country, the social economics develop rapidly. There are a growing number of rural surplus labors into the cities, more and more migrant workers continuously leave their hometown to work in the big cities. So the population of"left-behind children"is becoming larger and larger. They left their children entrusted to their elderly parents, or foster care of others, so these children become a special group ---left-behind students. The so-called "left-behind students" refers to either one or both parents to flow to other areas, the children have to stay in the residence location and therefore can not live together with them. Generally they refer to the age of 14 years of old and below students. After a survey, we found that the care of "left-behind students" form their parents are often in a vacuum or semi-vacuum. Parents in the one three-dimensional surface education, show clearly the weakest link. These "left-behind students" are lack of a normal family care, there must be some defects in their thinking and behaviors. They have to face many growth problems in the complex social environments. How to protect and educate the objective existence of left-behind students in classes in junior high school, and how to solve the education problems of them to let them grow up healthy and happy have become a pressing social problem. For their ideological and moral construction and mental health education, and many in the education sector is a topic we must face, and it has also become a focus of school education. How can we educate and manage the left-behind students while they are in a continuous development of ever-changing psychological period? As educators, we should be more precautionary measures awareness, give more love, more sincere, more patient, more attentive to them. We should understand the children's psychological, educate and administrate them in accordance with their physical and mental development rules, help them form mental health, grow up as happy and health as ordinary kids.This paper aims to set out individual psychological development of personality characteristics of left-behind students in classes in junior high school. After using different management strategies of education, we can achieve different education effects. They may be a reference to the education and teaching reality.Part I: To knowledge of the left-behind students in classes in junior schools. In this article, briefly elaborates the significance and origination of this topic, reviews some national and international researches and methods accordance with this topic, and defines on some core concepts such as left-behind students, middle class, education management, psychological characteristics, and management strategies by the use of multi-disciplinary theories and construction of class. Part II: To explore the reality of the left-behind students in a school in Jiangsu. Using cross-sectional survey data and the vivid examples, we analyze different psychological characteristics and causes of formation among the left-behind students in the junior school.Part III: The application research on education and management of left-behinds in classes. It includes three sections: the impact of left-behinds on individual character development; value orientation of education and management on left-behinds in the classes, the strategy of education and management on left-behinds in the class. Among these three sections, the strategy of education and management is the most important.Part IV: To further proof through the examples of educating and guiding on left-behinds.
