The thesis, which based on the widespread learning psychology theory and chemistry course theories, analyzes the special learning psychological characteristics of the Senior One various students nowadays.The school teaching is a corpus function for two sides' activities, so students are the main bodies and teachers are the guiders, and the teachers should sufficient understands the students. The chapter 2 gives the attribution from cognition and uncogition, and gets the learning psychological characteristics which conduce to the study of chemistry or harmful to the study of chemistry. The advantage which is shown in cognition as follows: high intelligence quotient, well experimental ability, sharply observing ability, nimble thinking and memory ability, strong creativity, and which is shown in uncognition as follows: Clear study motivation, high emotional quotient, good character, strong willpower, neglecting the sex role, overcoming the influence of school family and social. The disadvantage which is shown as follows: bad experimental ability and observing ability, low thinking and memory ability, no good study methods, week will powder, no grate aim of study, lack self- control, having no study the sense of responsibility etc.Based on analysis about cognition and uncongition, following on theories and practices, there is the most important part of this thesis, which is the adjusting strategy about the unmoral psychological characteristics. The strategies are about study transfer ability, thinking ability, experimental ability, observing ability,studying motivation, emotional quotient willpower, and the relationship between teachers and students etc. Combined the teaching material, processes and plans, and directing the students to use their spare time , the teachers can enhance the study transfer ability; From the formation of knowledge network and the expansion of the knowledge in textbook, teachers can direct students to form nimble thinking and memory ability; From teachers' experiments and students' experiments, students can be trained the observational ability; Making use of the characteristics of chemistry and cooperating with the parents, teachers can adjust students' studying motivation and emotional quotient; From catching on the teaching material deeply, forming the best aims and telling about the samples , teachers can train students strong study willpower; teachers Require themselves on knowledge, experimental methods, education idea and thinking, education technology for the purpose of formation to harmonize the relation of teacher and pupil.
