| At present, our country speeds up the urbanization. A large number of immigrated population take part in the city construction. With the increasing of the immigrated population, the children's education of the immigrated population has become the focus of many problems. To achieve the education fairness, local governments encourage the children of the immigrated population to study in the public schools. As teachers, we have to pay attention to the differences in every aspect between the native and nonative students as more and more nonative students study in the public schools.In order to know the learning differences between native and nonative students, the writers designed a questionnaire after analyzing and synthesizing the related literatures from home and abroad. The questionnaire is also based on the writer's teaching experience and some related teaching practices. The questionnaire includes the following subjects: the students'basic information, learing environment, learning habits, self-directed learning, learing methods, after-class learning, learning will and learning motivation. The writer made a survey on the students from 3 different grades in Changqiao Middle school with the questionnaire in June,2010. By analyzing and studying the results of the questionnaire, and combining her own teaching experience, the writer put forward some strategies for teaching native and nonative students according to their aptitudes. The writer hopes to provides some bases for teachers and do something to realize the education fairness. |
