| With the rapid development of knowledge economy,internationalization and IT-technology,the mutual intergration of scientific and humanistic spirit, mutual promotion of the times, there are increasing requirements for education from the society and teachers have got more and more to care about. How to stimulate learners'motivation, how to cultivate learners'interests so as to make learners to understand the importance of"I need to learn"rather than becoming passive learners who are always forced to learn, these issues have become the key topics that our teachers must care more in the process of the new curriculum reform. This study takes a close look at Grade 8 students and physics teachers. It is based on the result of the related questionnaire and the junior students physical and psychological charateristics, making integrated use of motivation theory. This research also has a series of discussion of its application in the junior teaching priciples,methodolgy,strategy,efficiency,security.Its aim is to improve junior high school teaching, promote learners'comprehensive development, do some help to make"learners -oriented"education, and to provide certain fact basis for the expand and improvement of the application scope of the theory. |
