Undergraduate teaching management is an important part of the College Management. The cause of higher education is to ensure the normal operation of the core element of. Law on management of the grasp of undergraduate teaching, especially for undergraduate education is to improve the management of teaching management, enhance the quality of personnel training an important issue.In this paper, Lanzhou University, under the Secondary School level as the research object, defines the concept of teaching management mechanism, analysis indicates that management of the college level, the basic elements of teaching management mechanism and basic content, and further on the basic elements of undergraduate education management relationship between and summarized, on the undergraduate teaching of basic content management, analysis and discussion. I recommend setting up as the main interaction mechanism in the teaching resources management mechanism coordination and cooperation in the formation of a management system for undergraduate teaching, basing on the interactive teaching of teachers and students as object.I also pointed out that teaching management and other management systems related to management of the teaching and constraints, so improving undergraduate education reform and improve the management mechanism must be related to the supporting management systems, such as party systems, logistics systems, learning systems, workers are given a sound undergraduate education management measures and recommendations.
