This article researchs undergraduate teaching team knowledge management exclusively, combined with our undergraduate teaching team’s construction, development and management of the actual situation, based on the theory of the knowledge management. Start with the elaborate theory of knowledge management, find out the binding sites between the team and the theory, then analyzes the present situation of the knowledge management of undergraduate teaching team, through the analysis of problems to seek thought and strategy to improve the quality and level of undergraduate education and team in the theoretical background of knowledge management.Based on the retrospect, combing the results of the scholars, and also for the actual research, access to the development of undergraduate teaching team first-hand information, analyze the development of undergraduate teaching team in effectiveness and problems by the knowledge management theory, give some examples of undergraduate teaching teams, analysis of the causes of our undergraduate teaching team in the knowledge management on the basis of factor analysis, combined with the development of the new situation of higher education and raise some strategies for knowledge Management of undergraduate teaching team in colleges and universities.This paper argues that take knowledge management’s ideas and methods into undergraduate teaching team can inject new vitality to provide an alternative perspective to solve the problem, to improve the effective utilization of knowledge of team, thus to improve quality of teaching and quality of personnel training furtherly, knowledge sharing and innovation is not a vacuum occurs, it needs to organize an effective knowledge management, it needs the government, universities, individual teachers’support and cooperation of all parties. This paper argues that to strengthen undergraduate teaching team’s knowledge management needs four areas:ideological and cultural construction, technical support, system construction, individual knowledge management.This paper presents a more novel idea is as follows:learn Japanese scholars Nonaka’s knowledge innovation and transformation model, combined with undergraduate teaching practice, knowledge innovation illustrates the process of undergraduate teaching are teaching knowledge socialization, externalization, combination and internalization of the four transformation process. Many people believe that knowledge sharing between teachers is conducive to teaching innovation, which is on the one hand, this paper points out that "the knowledge sharing between teachers and students can trigger innovation and inspiration. propose the principles of knowledge management of undergraduate teaching team, called scientific principles, knowledge structure optimization principles, teaching innovation principle and incentive principle.
