| The government strongly supports college students’ entrepreneurial activities.With the encouragement of the policy,college students’ entrepreneurial intention is increasing.However,the failure rate of college university students’ innovative undertaking is still high.Entrepreneurial learning is an important way for college student entrepreneurs to acquire entrepreneurial knowledge and enhance their entrepreneurial capability,which is conducive to improving entrepreneurial behavior and improving entrepreneurial performance.In the process of entrepreneurship,college student entrepreneurs generally face the dilemma of lack of resources.Entrepreneurs need to make innovative use of resources at hand by bricolage,to break through resource constraints.Based on the view that entrepreneurial learning helps improve entrepreneurial behavior,entrepreneurial learning of college students may affect the entrepreneurial performance by affecting the entrepreneurial bricolage.Therefore,from the perspective of entrepreneurial bricolage,the paper studied the mechanism of college students’ entrepreneurial learning affecting entrepreneurial performance.On the basis of reviewing the research on university students’ innovative undertaking,entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial bricolage,entrepreneurial performance and environmental dynamism,the research framework was constructed.The relationship between entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance was investigated.Besides,the paper tested the mediating effect of entrepreneurial bricolage and the moderating effect of environmental dynamism.Through individual networks and field research,a questionnaire survey on college student entrepreneurs in Guangzhou was conducted.183 valid questionnaires were collected for data analysis,to verify the relationship between entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial bricolage,entrepreneurial performance and environmental dynamism.Thehypotheses were verified by using STATA13.0,and the following conclusions were obtained.First of all,college students’ entrepreneurial learning has a positive impact on entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance.Experiential learning,cognitive learning and action learning are all beneficial to entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance.Secondly,entrepreneurial bricolage has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of college students.Thirdly,entrepreneurial bricolage plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance.Last but not least,environmental dynamism positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance.Finally,based on the conclusions,from the aspects of improving the level of entrepreneurial learning and strengthening the entrepreneurial bricolage,suggestions for improving the entrepreneurial performance of college students were put forward. |
