The Rearch On The Development Mode Of Entrepreneyrial University

With the advent of the knowledge economy,knowledge has become the source and driving force of social development.As an important place for knowledge dissemination and training of high-level talents,universities have become the core driving force of social development.In addition to teaching and research,the university also undertakes the task of developing the economy,and entrepreneurial universities have emerged as the times require.Foreign research on entrepreneurial universities is more in-depth and comprehensive,forming a relatively complete research system.Domestic research on entrepreneurial universities is in its infancy,mainly introducing and learning from the development experience of Western entrepreneurial universities.It is a long way to go to explore the localization of entrepreneurial universities.The research on the development model of entrepreneurial universities involves many factors such as the meaning and function of entrepreneurial universities,the goals of entrepreneurship,the structure of entrepreneurship,the motivation of entrepreneurship,and the environment for entrepreneurship.According to the concept of entrepreneurial university,combined with the theory of "three spirals",this paper finally selects the three most important dimensions for research,namely,entrepreneurship foundation,entrepreneurship education,and entrepreneurship.According to the difference of entrepreneurial universities in these three dimensions,they are divided into three different development modes: self-employed university mode,enterprise-led entrepreneurial university mode,and hybrid entrepreneurial university mode.They choose Singapore Nanyang Technological University and South Korea Pohang University of Science and Technology and Nanjing University in China are typical cases.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the three modes from three dimensions,and finally summarizes the enlightenment of the entrepreneurial university development mode to the transformation and development of Chinese universities.There are no advantages or disadvantages in the development modes of the three entrepreneurial universities,each with its own characteristics.It is expected that this study will provide a reference for the transformation of universities of different types and levels in China into entrepreneurial universities.
