Nowadays, the effectiveness of the class teaching catches many educators' attention. One of the most effective teaching ways is class timely feedback. Teachers' teaching evaluation terms is the main way of feedback. However, the evaluation terms of teachers are usually arbitrary. This is associated with teachers'individual character and professional qualities. What is the situation of teachers'class evaluation terms nowadays? What are the problems? How to enhance the effectiveness and quality of teachers'evaluation terms? What's the significance of enriching and perfecting the theory of education evaluation? These problems are worth further discussion.The writer uses literature review, investigation, text evaluation, and examples in the research. Base on the A school, surveys and forums are used to know the class teaching evaluation of 108 teachers. The writer arranges and generalizes the problems in the terms used in class evaluation. And based on this the writer uses " improving " to view the questions in order to better the education abilities of teachers. Thus the writer will improve students'effective learning and deepen the reform of class teaching.Research found that teachers have paid close attention to teaching evaluation, but it is still not enough. The evaluation terms of teachers still have some problems such as ratio imbalance, simple and personality is not strong, "promote" function is not obvious and so on. In this study, the writer mainly analyses the causes of the problem from three aspects. Teachers don't consider it so important and the behavior does not follow up. Also, management is missing in a sense. The writer actively explores the effective countermeasures in management in order to make a systematic ways of improving class evaluation.Based on the analysis of the reasons, the writer puts forward some countermeasures. E.g., school administrators should offer opportunities for teachers to study the relevant theory of linguistics and evaluation theory. Teaching groups should communicate with each other. At the same time, the school and the education administrative departments should guarantee something such as regulations and management and emphasize the personal development of teachers.
