Teachers are the core elements in education and teaching, the teachers'teaching ability affects the teacher'teaching quality which affects the abilities directly. The teachers'teaching ability refers to the core competence which is the key factor to check teachers'professional responsibility and keep the teaching activities validity as well as the reflection of teachers'comprehensive quality and the foundations of a teacher's professional development during the teaching process.The study analyze the meaning of teachers'teaching ability and the measurement, using classroom observation to analyze the key factor and the feature model in class, and compare the novice teachers, expert teachers, specialized teachers'behavior characteristics hierarchically, explore the tools to check the middle school teachers'teaching ability. Finally, assessing the teaching ability at all stages of development, exploring the three kinds of teachers'develop level and characteristics in the core elements of teaching ability.The results are as follows:1. The study shows that one should have the knowledge extraction ability, teaching regulated ability as well as the teaching executive ability as a qualified teacher by the theoretical construction, teachers'interview and students'open-ended questionnaire. Otherwise, analyzing the auxiliary element, especially the teaching efficacy, teaching personality, occupational orientation. Both of them constitute the structure of teachers'teaching model.2. Using stratified sampling to observe the class ability of novice teachers, expert teachers, specialized teachers, there are 10 second index and 61 observation points of the teachers'teaching ability by analyzing the online-offline classroom observation kinescope. Develop the ?The middle school teacher'classroom observation tool for checking the teachers'teaching behaviors'and ?The evaluation tool to evaluate middle school teachers'teaching status (The students page)'.3. Using the classroom observation tool and the evaluation tool to test the core element of middle school teachers'teaching ability. The results are as follows: First, the core element of teachers'teaching ability develops well, the Mean of all the index is satisfying. Second, there are significant differences of the core element of teachers' teaching ability for three kinds of teachers. Third, the professional teachers'scores of using teaching assistant equipment are not as high as specialized teachers and the novice teachers. Forth, each teacher has different teaching methods in the virtual teaching activities, which influenced by the growth cycle (the procedure for a novice teacher to be a professional teacher), the subject types and the personalities of the teachers.
