University human resources management, refers to the organization of human resources in Colleges and universities in personnel management in accordance with the organization’s objectives and requirements, to take the advanced human resource management theory and methods, the use of market operation mode and reasonable allocation of staff activities. Students’ evaluation of teachers’ evaluation function and the role of teachers’ development has also been a part of human resource management in Colleges and universities. Research and promote the teaching of human resources management in Colleges and universities to improve the effectiveness of college students, improve the teaching quality management system, improve the level of human resources management in Colleges and universities has important significance. The evaluation of teaching work is only in line with the requirements of human resources management, to promote the development of teachers, can really motivate teachers to improve teaching effectiveness, improve teaching quality, so as to improve the level of school education, education quality and human resource management level.Through literature research, questionnaire survey, interview method, comparative study method, the basic concepts and theoretical basis, summarized domestic and foreign related research review, at the same time, the author demonstrates the positive significance of the evaluation of human resources management, and the research focus is how to improve the assessment of teachers’ human resources management in Guangzhou University of Education. This paper expounds the present situation of the students’ evaluation of Guangzhou University of Education, and the function of the students’ Evaluation on the promotion of human resource management. Through the analysis, found that teaching to promote the insufficiency and the reason of human resource management of teachers in students’ Evaluation: evaluation value and significance has not been recognized by teachers and students; the evaluation index system is simple and general, is not conducive to fully arouse teachers’ enthusiasm for teaching reform; teaching evaluation process in a hurry, careless, as a mere formality. Through introducing and analyzing the experiences of the United States and Japan, the paper provides the inspiration for the students to promote the management of human resources in Colleges and universities.In this study, the specific measures and suggestions are proposed to promote the management of human resources in Colleges and universities, to promote the management of human resource management, and to promote the development of teachers, and to improve the organization and implementation of teachers’ human resource management.
