A brief review of the current situation of junior middle school mathematics teachers class evaluation,the paper puts forward that junior middle school mathematics teachers use structural evaluation method for class evaluation.Discover the problems existing in the routine teaching activities of school class evaluation,and structural class evaluation as a daily activity of teachers' learning,can understand to teach research task already,it can also be a scientific activity,structured class evaluation can also be used as a way for teachers to improve their skills,based on the above research significance,this paper puts forward the research of junior middle school mathematics teachers using the method of class evaluation.The research of this paper focuses on three aspects,teachers' teaching design,classroom record and evaluation scale combined to evaluate the teachers' classroom teaching.Multidimensional consideration,the relevant conclusions of the paper are obtained.The choice of cases,adopt a variety of options.Square variance formula sormation,the application of a single function image to these three topics,the main considerations include both new lectures and project classes,recitation classes,algebra and geometry,take the type of course into account.The square variance formula is the whole district observation class,solving binary equations is a teaching activity organized by grade one,grade two and grade three groups,the participants of the application of the single function image are members of the lesson preparation group in the first grade,approach the subject from as many angles as possible.In order to enter the possible real presentation of classroom occurrence,development process,to collect data in the fonn of video recordings,in the paper,the dialogue between teachers and students and their thoughts and actions are recorded in class.After class evaluation is to integrate all teachers' evaluation methods and give the final overall evaluation with the evaluation scale.Finally,through the study of three examples,the advantages and disadvantages of structured class evaluation method are obtained,and the basic suggestions are given when using it.Through the above research,the basic suggestion of this paper is to use the structured class evaluation method,should pay attention to develop its strengths and circumvent weaknesses,take its essence and discard its dross,respect students' individual development freedom,the personal development of students is also summarized into the research objects.In the use of structured class evaluation methods,we should not only comprehensively control the essential elements of classroom teaching,but also respect the personal style of teachers.Because classroom is a subject of constant change and development,it is necessary to note that each element in the evaluation scale is constantly developing and changing,the main purpose of the research on structural class evaluation method is to better class evaluation,to guide teachers to choose and create optimal teaching design in combination with specific teaching scenarios.The biggest innovation of this paper is the four evaluation scales,it includes four dimensions:curriculum nature,teacher teaching,student learning and classroom culture,it covers almost all aspects of classroom teaching and provides a good tool for structural class evaluation method.
