Exploring the physical problem-solving cognitive strategies is an important step in the process of physical problem-solving. We generally use two basic problem-solving strategies:Suggesting general guidance methods according to the problem structure is called by Anderson "weak methods"; specific methods covering the special field of knowledge is called the "strong methods." The only difference between the two methods lies in a different degree of efficiency:the same problem-solving strategies, compared to the higher efficiency strategies in terms of problem solving is a "(relatively) weak method", while as opposed to less efficient problem-solving strategies, it is a "(relatively) strong method." People who have a good command of considerable amount of amount of "strong approaches" in a particular area are called "experts", and others mastering less "strong approaches" but mainly relying on "weak methods" to solve problems are known as the "newbie."Physics learning is a comprehensive one of both physical law learning and problem solving. In physics teaching, it's really a major issue as to how to shape students as novices into experts through education. The conversion channel between the novice and the expert is a blank spot in the study of psychology, a theory which has to be addressed to be used for guiding practice.Students show a clear distinction and insufficience in their problem solving skills, studies found, when they are required to apply general strategies and specific strategies to addressing the physical well-structured problems and ill-structured physics problems. Therefore, how to cultivate and improve the students'capacity of solving physical problems by using the general or specific strategies is one of the important tasks in physics teaching.This article elaborates effective teaching methods through teaching students how to learn, and through a classroom-based analysis of cognitive strategies it enhances learning and teaching problems in research of theories. Meanwhile, This essay brings up concept of the class-based effective teaching methods under the new curriculum and analyses and discusses effective setting strategies for physics teaching methods based on the modular concept of physics teaching. This way, it makes a great difference in regards of promoting both weak and strong approach learning and helps a lot in boosting the physics curriculum reform, improving the teaching level and the attainment of the teachers and eventually it will be significant in Students'literacy of the science of physics.
