With the development of science and techology and the wide application in PE training, the level of sports competition has improved universally. At most cases of equal strategies, the spirits of volleyball players have a great effect on success.The spirits of anxiety are the essential factor of positive and passive phychology, at the same time, it plays an important part in normal elaboration. Many studies show, as a cognitive appraisal and a reaction of spirits, training satisfaction from players has much to do with competion anxiety."Physical Fitness"applies to the sports training field, which benefits the improvment of players,adds to the satisfication and then produces a pleasant influence on the spirits of reinforcement.Adopting qualitative and quantitative methods combined,we study"Physical Fitness"and training satisfication to make a contribution to the spirits of players. Expounding"Physical Fitness"and training satisfaction has a good effect on the spirits of Pre-competion. We hope it will instruct training reform of new situation, and promote aboundant trainings,develop the theory evidence of pre-competion of volleyball players .In this article, subject investigated is the relation of physical fitness, training satisfaction and the spirits of per-competition.Adopting the methods of literature material, test, survery and mathematical statistics and so on, we carry out our study on the volleyball players in university. The university sutdents from different teams have competed in the 16th University Games.,,are used to review relative situation.The results of description and relative analysis and further multivariate analysis show: in the index of"Physical Fitness", the male players have a higher index in weight, lung's capacity and the power of holding,existing remarkable differences. While in the aspacts of quick movement ,balance, coordination and reaction speed, female players have a higher index. Three index differences have statistics meanings. Training satisfaction in colleges and universities is generally higher. Totally,the differences in male and female players are not obvious,but personal treatment, training security and confidencehave the meaning of statistics. In the spirits of per-competion, the degree if male anxiety is relatively lower, meanwhile , they have lots of confidence to the future competion. the weight index of fitness hynogyny and harmony has a great effect on the individual failure; the weight index, standing long jump and quick movementhave a great effect on confidence; the weight index, standing long jump and reaction speed have a great effect on physical anxiety. the factos in the scales of training satisfaction have a clear effect on individual failure anxiety,personal contribution,confidence , personal care and team cooperation. in the aspect of confidence, individual treatment, the devotion of confidence,growth progress, personal care, democratic behaviour,teammates coordination,teammate competition have great effects; In the aspect of social anxiety, individualtreatment , individual contribution, teammate competition and training instructions have great effects. In the aspects of physical anxiety, the devotion of confidence,daily management, individualtreatment, growth progress,teammate competition have great effects on it.The factors made up of physical fitness reprent integrity during the movement. In the movement practice,consider the futures of fnad ,stress the systematicness founctions of kinds of physical fitness, in order to promote the competion level, strengthen the confidence in the competion. In the daily training,in order to keep siutable conscious level, avoiding per-competion anxiety, not only pay attention to the factors of players, improve their fnad level, set up their constant confidence,But also we should consider the management of coaches and sports organization, teammates that will affect the per-competition spirits of players. in the management, we should stress the scientization of Pemanagement and the hommization of players management;in the society support, Stress the daily care from coaches and scientific training instructions, strengthen the interact support an coordination,build the good competition situations.
