The Status And Factors Analysis Of Children Latin In Shijiazhuang

Objective: In this paper, the research object is the major children Latin training institutions and many coaches had been interviewed in Shijiazhuang. In-depth investigation and analysis of the present development status in the major children Latin training institutions had been done to reveal the then present development status and its factors. In order to improve the competitive level of Shijiazhuang children Latin, standardized training system and reasonable, orderly development, it will provide theoretical and data support.Methods:Literature, interviews, questionnaires (404 questionnaires, of which 54 teachers, 350 students were children) and other methods to analyses the current situation of children Latin Dance in Shijiazhuang. In those ways, we can find out the main factor of influencing Shijiazhuang children Latin development and put forward countermeasures, hoping that Children Latin Dance in Shijiazhuang would carry out smoothly.Results: the status of Children Latin teachers: the age structure of Latin teachers is basically rational, concentrated in the age of 31-40 years old; most of them have university education or college education, and college education takes a good proportion; professional and technical level of the main focused on the amateur level, 77.78% of the total number; short coaching life but big development space; teachers have teaching qualifications, but in the professional theoretical knowledge needs improvement.The current status of the students: the age of the students is during 6-14; a serious imbalance in the ratio of male and female students (1:4.56); the content of teaching and training arrangements are unreasonable; Junior Class training is less than normal; cultural studies results and technical level is inversely proportional.Secondly, there are inadequate teaching facilities; school system is single, mainly in the private school system, accounting for 74.07%; fees and admission standards are not uniform and no necessary test in recruiting part.Factors in order of teachers, training institutions, financial resources, training objectives, facilities, the public's knowledge of Latin, scientific research, the overall level of Latin dance, and culture classes, the game content, settings, and the government attitude.Conclusions: 1 The Children Latin Dance teachers in Shijiazhuang have a rational age structure and basic qualifications.2 The qualification of the Children Latin Dance teachers is low; teachers'technical level is low; training arrangement is unreasonable and lack of necessary normative.3 There is a serious imbalance in the ratio of male and female students which brings a certain difficulty in teaching and training.4 Shijiazhuang children's Latin dance school running form is more onefold, private education of higher percentage, Financing source is not fixed, hardware facilities is not perfect.5 Influence of shijiazhuang factors to the development of children's Latin dance is as follows: the teachers level, children dance training institutions in economic origin, training and other purposes.
