Latin is an emerging sports project,most scholars for its development present situation as well as the Latin dance training on children's physical quality,bone mineral density composition,muscle strength,core strength,the influence of the lower limb muscle strength,more research about practicing Latin dance has little effects on young children's coordination and expressive research reports.One of the important physical qualities of coordination and expressiveness,this paper explores the influence of Latin dance basic technical training on the coordination and expressiveness of children,aiming to provide theoretical reference for improving the coordination and expressiveness of children.According to the needs of this study,the xiangfen little golden beans art training school enroll Latin dance training children randomly selected in accordance with 9 to 11 years old 20 girls as the experimental group(the first primary school students for the xiangfen),the first primary school in xiangfen randomly selected from the same as the experimental class 9 to 11 years old 20 girls as control group.The experimental group received 16 weeks of Latin dance basic skills training,while the control group received physical education.The indicators of 16 Latin dance professionals were selected in two rounds by Delphi method,and the indicators of children's coordination test and performance score were determined.Before and after the intervention,children's coordination was tested and their expression was scored.Independent sample T test and paired T test were used for statistical analysis of the experimental data,and the significance level was p<0.05.Research results from the study found that the eye closure single adachi,circle time of dynamic balance,20 s cross jump,20 s repeated across,20 s cross panting and five measures of coordination test as well as the body posture,the body line,overall movements,such as music comprehension 4 measures of performance rating in Latin dance basic skills training for 16 weeks after the statistical difference(P < 0.05);Among them,after 16 weeks of experimental intervention,30 m rhythm running was different from that before the experiment,and the control group was also different from that before 16 weeks.There was a difference in rope skipping 1min after 16 weeks of experimental intervention compared with that before the experiment,and there was also a difference between the control group and 16 weeks before the experiment,and there was a difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.After the intervention in the experiment for 16 weeks,there was no difference in the performance of 20 s push-ups between the experiment and the control group.There was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05),but the value was improved.In this study,the following conclusions were drawn :(1)in this study,eight indicators of children and teenagers' coordination were screened out through the telfer method,including closed eyes,single foot stand,dynamic balance turning time,30 m rhythm run,20 s cross jump,20 s repeated crossing,1min rope skipping,20 s cross stroke,and 20 s sit-ups.The scoring indexes of children's expressive force include body posture,body lines,overall movement and music perception.(2)16 weeks of Latin dance basic skills training can significantly improve the coordination of children(girls aged 9-11),including balance,orientation ability,flexibility;The influence of 16 weeks of Latin dance basic skills training on the sense of coordination rhythm of children(girls aged 9-11)needs to be further explored.(3)16 weeks of basic Latin dance skills training can significantly improve the performance of children(girls aged 9-11),including body posture,body lines,overall movement,music perception.
