With increasing improvement of society and gradual development of economy, employment which is the key issue related to people's livelihood is being increasingly paid attention. Meanwhile, the employees as the mainstay of being employed influence the co-development of individuals, the employers and society. For the reason of ubiquitous employment discrimination against the female, the balanced employment of the female as a special group in the employment is greatly affected. In recent years, with China's higher education expansion of receiving higher education of women, continuous improvement, the number is increasing.In university school of female college students has hang up, the university has nearly 44% proportion. As a result, the employment of female college students is becoming more and more difficult, which arouses intensive concern from all social ranks.By comparison between domestic and international situation, we found that the employment discrimination is omnipresent, and each country is taking a large amount of investigation of employment discrimination phenomena and making corresponding countermeasures against employment discrimination. Therefore, in terms of our specific situation of our country, it is necessary to find out the feasible countermeasures of removing employment discrimination starting from the real fact of female college graduates'employment.This thesis unfolds holding Marxism as guidance, abiding to the principal theory of ideology and politics, putting practical problems as the center, adhering to the conformity of historical and realistic study, and, combining the qualitative study and quantitative study, and fundamental theoretical research and application countermeasures research. The first-hand data is collected through various forms of questionnaire, individual interview and symposium. By briefly reviewing the related literature domestically and abroad, we have a clear acknowledgement about the female college student employment. Relying on others'academic results and criticizing their insufficiency, it is found that the major reason of causing employment discrimination against female college students is attributed to the backward conception of gender and gender discrimination, the contradiction acuity of marketing supply and demand, the faultiness of employment rules and laws and their own reasons.Considering the cause of employment discrimination against female college students, integrating with international employment policies of female college students, we put forward the specific solution methods including improving employment policies and the corresponding system of rules and laws, eliminating backward ideas, strengthening the all-round development education and employment guidance work, overcoming their own weak points and proposing self-employment of female college students, with the purpose to remove employment discrimination and the difficulty of being employed.
