The Research On The Public Emergency Management In Higher Institution Of China

University, as a social organization with special form, has unavoidably crises with different degree caused by all kinds of conflicts and issues from society and inner self. This paper referenced research achievements of scholars both at home and abroad, combined features of university with the principles of public crisis management, and studied how to perfect the framework of crisis management in university from the angle of system.Firstly, considering the features of university, this paper analyzed not only the connotations of crisis in university, but also the connotations, stage division in university.Secondly, this paper summarized some issues of crisis management in university at present and analyzed reasons of crisis management in Chinese university.Lastly, this paper develops the principal of perfecting the mechanism of crisis management for university. And, this paper proposes some suggestions on perfecting the running mechanism.This paper perfected the construction of crisis management mechanism for university to a certain extent. On the one hand, it indicated that there were still some problems in crisis management in Chinese university and it also pointed out the research areas in the future. On the other hand, it provided a feasible framework in Chinese university to research and practice crisis management during social transformation.
