90s from the 20th century to carry out community development in China has, after two decades of exploration and practice, community building has made considerable progress. According to Ministry of Civil Affairs statistics, as of the end of 2009, China's total of 84,689 community residents group 1,295,000, community workers and 43.1 million population of 609 million people within the jurisdiction.With the economic and social development, people's increasingly fast pace of life, increasing work pressure and job burnout in many areas continue to appear, and in the horizontal, vertical, showing two trends inevitably by the community effects and burnout in community workers also continue to form and strengthen the body.Community is the basis for building a socialist harmonious society. Community workers, burnout affects not only individuals, clients, community organizations, will affect the whole community to a large extent influence the party and the government's image and prestige. Therefore, this article attempts to use the analysis of domestic and international popular method of job burnout, burnout analysis of community workers have the surface and deep causes, and on this basis, propose targeted interventions to protect the community applied to physical and mental health workers improve the performance of community management level and to promote the construction of a harmonious community.This article seeks to explore the environment and community workers, community work and burnout case, through theoretical study and community workers in Donghu District, Nanchang survey of community workers, the causes of burnout.The main results include:(1) reduce job burnout by the personal accomplishment, depersonalization, emotional exhaustion, composition; (2) community workers on the job satisfaction of environmental variables to the system to maintain the highest level of dissatisfaction. (3) younger age, fewer years of service, job duties, the lower the community workers, for the goal-oriented level of dissatisfaction were significantly higher than older, longer service life, the work of community workers in high positions. (4) low-income community workers in the overall working environment, satisfied with the degree of community than higher-income workers.Based on the above findings, this study suggests:(1) community workers should develop appropriate promotion promotion approach. (2) in the system, policy-building support in order to protect the interests of community workers should enjoy. (3) the establishment of effective communication, so that community workers have the right to express their views and channels, which will help the community to work effectively.
