Case Intervention Study On Alleviating Occupational Burnout Of Grassroots Staf

In China’s administrative system,the important role of grassroots workers is self-evident;however,with the reform of the system,the work pressure of grassroots workers has become greater,and the problem of burnout of grassroots workers has gradually come to the fore.This problem can affect the government’s social governance ability and public service level to a certain extent.Therefore,how to alleviate the problem of burnout among grassroots workers has become a hot topic of social concern.Against this background,this study takes J County of Ji’an City as the research object and conducts a practical study on casework to alleviate burnout among grassroots workers through questionnaire survey and field interviews and observations.The steps of this practical study are as follows.In the first stage,the background significance of the research of the topic was introduced,etc.,and then the relevant domestic and foreign literature was reviewed to understand the relevant concepts of burnout and to lay the theoretical foundation for the following research.In the second stage,the current situation of burnout among grassroots workers in J County,Ji’an City was understood through a questionnaire survey,and the degree and causes of burnout among grassroots workers in J County,Ji’an City were analyzed based on the results of the questionnaire survey.In the third stage,we explained the necessity and feasibility of casework intervention to alleviate burnout of grassroots workers,and selected the clients for intervention according to the preliminary survey,and intervened in their burnout through casework,so that they could alleviate "burnout" in the right way and in the right way.At the end,we summarize and reflect on the whole process.In the fourth stage,the suggestions to improve the social work process to relieve the "burnout" of the grassroots workers were proposed in three aspects,namely,to reach long-term cooperation to ensure the stability of the case work intervention,to use various social work methods to improve the service effectiveness,and to encourage the grassroots workers with "burnout" to actively seek help from social workers.The proposal of "burnout" can provide effective reference and help for the government to better manage the grassroots workers.
