In the social work industry,front-line community social workers often bear great work pressure.Their work tasks are complex and trivial,and are related to many government departments and social organizations.Many factors lead to the phenomenon of job burnout in the work of social workers.Job burnout is not conducive to personal development and industry progress.How to alleviate the work pressure of social workers and slow down their job burnout is a research direction worthy of discussion.This paper takes the community social workers of X social work institution in Beijing as the research object.Through participatory observation,it is found that this group has the performance of job burnout.The degree of job burnout of community social workers is verified through the questionnaire,and the causes of job burnout of front-line community social workers are understood through in-depth interviews.With social support theory and group dynamics theory as the theoretical support,group activities are designed pertinently,and the professional method of group work is used to intervene in the job burnout of community social workers.After six group activities,the job burnout of group members has been significantly mitigated.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that group work can effectively eliminate the job burnout of social workers with mild job burnout in the intervention of job burnout of community social workers,and can play a slow-release role for social workers with moderate and severe job burnout.In order to alleviate the job burnout of social workers,this paper puts forward three levels of debugging countermeasures and suggestions,so as to enhance the ability and confidence of social workers,so that social workers can better contribute to social governance and social development.
