| In the period of social transition in China and in the backdrop of economic glo-balizetion, pluralism of interests, information networking, the th-ought and behavior of college students in China appear diversified characteristic, so moral education in colle-ge face more severe challenges. The way of moral education is intermediate interaction between educators and the educated, and also is a necessary condition and an important means of realizing the moral education aim in college. The State Council CPC Central Committee in August 2004 promulgated the "on the opinions of Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education ",which fully expounded the severe situation, the guidance principle and the effective ways of political education and also indicated that our country attached great importance to moral education in universities. Moral education work in the past few years has made remarkable achievements, but moral education in colleges and universities still have some problems, so moral educa-tion should be continuous improvement and innovation, and moral methods with the times.This paper basing on Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, the building of social-lism with Chinese characteristics and the study and practice the scientific out-look on development as guidance, and combining with literature, factor analysis, sur-vey research, the use of ideological and political education of the theory, and it studies the method of moral and is divided into three parts.The first part analyze the problems and reasons remaining in moral education. Moral issues of education focused on paying more attention to intellectual education, the theory, the form and heteronomy, but pay less attention to moral education,the princeple, actual effect and self-discipline.This paper analyzes these problems from the economic development and political change, the moral course of setting, in stu-dentts 'real life, the process of moral education, and teacher training.The second part is on the theoretical foundation of moral education in college. Before all others, this part defines ethics, moral education, moral education for college students and the way of moral education, and then expounds the Marxist discussion of comprehensive hu-man development, education, sociology, psychology theory.The third part actively explores effective methods of moral education. Adhering to development of the people-centered scientific concept, the college should strengthen t-he ideological and political theory building, establish a correct moral value step by step, play college students in the main role, promoting virtue, and enhance students sense of social responsibility and historic mission to set up advanced model of education; The colleges stress that teachers, cultivate students and cadres, improve the quality of mo-ral education; strengthen the daily management, psychological counseling work vigo-rously to establish the sys-tem of moral education in universities and scientific evalu-ation system; the help of the environment vector to create a good culture, and create a healthy educational environment, entertain edify their morality, combine knowledge and action, to improve capacity of moral practice, and occupy positions of network moral education with the times. |
