As with the demand and attention for preschool education are growing,the social from all walks of life put forward the new requirements on the quantity and quality of preschool education professional personnel training.So,how preschool education major in schools breakthrough and improve on the cultivation of talents,then cultivate high-quality talents,whom both having science education idea,and mastering professional knowledge and skills,and having noble virtue,in order to meet this challenge?In the new development situation,Pre-school education effectively expand the students' development and.the employment space,fill 0 to 3 years old baby(nursery teacher training)and young children between 3 to 6 years old(preschool teacher training)develop transitional blank,this is a topic is rare in literature,is also a need to carefully study problem.Under the premise of how in does not affect the normal teaching,undertake to the student,such as high-level nursery teacher professional qualification in training,in this context,K university in Jiangxi have made an active exploration of it,in the second semester of my junior year,also under the condition of students' learning relatively time,undertake to the student in the courses,high-level nursery teacher direction of opening and related seminar,have been obtained obvious effect.In view of the purpose,based on K university in Jiangxi as an example,this study mainly adopts the literature method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method as the research methods,has carried on the analysis of the success of the investigation on the nursery teacher training of preschool education major.From the survey of the the investigation on the nursery teacher training of preschool education major in K university in Jiangxi,the author found that the preschool education professional of K university in Jiangxi is different from the traditional pedagogical colleges and universities that value the theory but despise the practice,also different from the specialized nursery teacher training that value the practice but despise the theory.It makes the professional theory knowledge and professional skill combine organically,there are both reasonable personnel training goal and scientific curriculum,therefore the work of the investigation on the nursery teacher training of preschool education major has achieved some success,and there is a certain reference value for the development of preschool education and nursery industry.The cultivation of the win-win talents of the preschool education and the nursery teacher is referred to the development in the new age,is also the need of the development of the preschool education professional.It can not only promote the reform and innovation of the business of preschool education,but also can promote the development of the nursery teacher profession.
