Research goals:The author carries out thoroughly a careful research on the interaction and research typeteaching in track and field techniques course of PE major, the purpose was that it actives the trackand field technique teaching atmosphere, promotes the students deep level understanding andgrasping foundation techniques, and promotes student’s knowledge, skill, intelligence, emotion fullscale development, and enhances the teaching efficiency to serve, simultaneously, provides thetheory reference for the track and field educational reform, also provides the valuable reference forother sports project teaching.Research methods: documentation; interview; questionnaire; statistics; experimentResearch findings:1st, the experiment result firstly measured shows that the target values of student’s physicalquality, the primitive result and the technique comment for the experimental group and the controlgroup do not have the significance difference. The experiment achieves the homogeneity to compare,and guarantees that the experiment has the high internal validity.2nd, the experiment result lately measured indicates that the interaction and research typeteaching has the tangible effect on the enhancement of student’s specialized quality, technical and thetheoretical level, and speeds up grasping and the enhancement of the movement techniques.3rd, the investigation result shows that the interaction and research type teaching canstimulate student’s study interest; and provide an open learning environment for the students; and beadvantageous in raising student’s independent learning capability and innovation ability; and Raisestudent’s each kind of teaching ability.Conclusion:1st, through practice, the competition, the discussion and the research on track and fieldtechniques connotation between the teachers and students, it can improve student’s specializedphysical quality. Students can correctly grasp the basic theory, the basic technology and the basicskill of the track and field techniques.2nd, the interaction and research type teaching follows the teaching rule of track and fieldtechnology, and cateres to student’s psychology, and enhance student’s initiative and the enthusiasmto participate in the track and field techniques teaching 3rd, the interaction and research type teaching can build a harmonious learning environmentfor the student. Through mutual observation, discussion mutually, profiting by opinions from varioussources between teacher and student, they achieve enhancement mutually and progresses together,and complete the teaching task in a harmonious teaching atmosphere.4th, enhancement in student’s study independent enthusiasm and the innovation ability ismore obvious than the tradition teaching method.5th, the interaction and research type teaching can raise student’s each kind of teaching. Themain abilities centralism manifests in the explanation and demonstration abilities, the observation,analyzes and solves the question abilities and organization ability and so on.Suggestion:1st, the teacher must enhance gradually request to student according to the projectcharacteristic, and develop student’s ability and the perfect theoretical level in the actual teaching.2nd, the teacher must improve own quality and the renew idea unceasingly, and enhance themovement skill and the teaching level unceasingly. The teacher must create the opportunity forstudents to displays and consummate the self.3rd, the teacher should respect student’s personality and attention individual difference, andpromote full scale development of the student individuality.4th, the teacher and the student should carry on the teaching activity taking the teachingmaterial as the object, and not only guarantee the student to be able to carry on the simulationinstruction in the classroom, moreover easily realize the real instruction in extracurricular.5th, the teacher prohibited to purely carry on meaningless interaction for the classroomatmosphere in the activity teaching.6th, the teacher must break teaching convention, using one or several classes, holding the subjectand small topic findings symosium.
