The nursery care work is required random education with the development of theconjunction concept of protecting and educational work. However, in reality, the twoaspects of work are commonly separated. One of the basic reasons is to neglect theeducational resources in nursery work. Therefore, to mine educational resources forcarrying out random education require two effects, the understanding and analyze forchildren’s behavior and the wisdom of seize educational opportunities for teachers.This paper try to show a kind of valuable research idea that to promote thecomprehensive development of children by evaluating, researching, mining, selectingeducational resources in conservation work and to guide with incidental educationmethod.Under this concept, the assessment of kindergarten nursery care and teachingwork consist a framework as following: One hand, the concept of nursery care andteaching work, which was analyzed from purposes, workers, range and role. Anotherhand, nursery care and teaching work during daily life, games and classes,environment, which namely behavioral level. The first field needs to research therandom factors of children’s behaviors in kindergarten during the school day Dailylife. The second field focuses on coordinate between teachers and nurse. The last fieldemphasizes practice environment, namely, how to create an environment with thevalue of education.This article also formulate concrete evaluation index on the basis of theframework. Through the questionnaire, it uses factor variance analysis and study theuniversality and representative of the evaluation index.; Uses frequency statisticsmethods to analysis the reasons of some evaluation index view differences; usesaverage statistical methods to analyze the filtered high quality indicators; uses factoranalysis to test the rationality of the evaluation index in four dimensions; finally usescorrelation analysis testing internal consistency reliability evaluation and get the finalevaluation result.According to the revised evaluation standards, by carrying out self-assessment,observation and discussion, industry review and expert evaluation activities, with the use of updated conservation concepts, positive attention, mutual cooperation strategyand resources transformation, to discover educational resources and seize randomeducation chances through nursery and teaching work.
