Studies On The Development Of Professional Continuing Education From The Perspective Of Learning Country

The development of Learning-Country Education plays an important role in the establishment of lifelong education system in an organizational society, as well as an important driving force for the economic development in urban and rural areas. At present, the construction of Learning Country is still in the early stage. During the practice of Professional Continuing Education, some organizations at the grass-roots level meet a lot of difficulties and problems. On the other hand, some successful experience can not be summarized and popularized. Secondary vocational school participate the activities of Professional Continuing Education along with the construction of Learning Country between the government and the public, which is an effective way to promote the scientific and cultural qualities of rural residents. The thesis analyzes the development of Professional Continuing Education by way of several research methods, such as the use of document databases, comparative law and so on. At the very beginning, the thesis concerns the significance of Country Professional Continuing Education. In the follow part, the thesis points out the principles, main part and the education models on the basis of the trend of professional education. The thesis also analyzes the current difficulties and problems and then straightens out the ideas of opening-up education. Last but not least, the thesis mentions some measures to promote the diversity of school-running and country education. Meanwhile, a system, including a government-led, educational supervisor, school involvement, volunteer participation, is suggested to be formed so as to earnestly promote the development of Professional Continuing Education along with the construction of Learning Country.
