A System Construction Of The Affecting Factors About Teacher Continuing Education Of Physical Education Institutes In Our Country

The P.E.institutes take the duties about promoting sports development level,improving the mass healthy,training the P.E teachers and various athletic talents.How to cause the P.E.institutes to become the important bases which promote the sports development of our country,teaching the students to suit the social demand.The teachers of P.E.institutes are playing the very important role.But the teacher' s qualities maintain with the social demand synchronized development that depends on the policy guidance,the institutes raising,teachers work hard and the relative factors effective conformity.This article uses techniques literature,investigation,mathematical statistic,logic analysis as research methods and unites the way of the theory discussion and the factor analysis.Taking the lifelong education as this research's theory background and the concept of continuing education as research's outset. Analyzed the continuing education's present situation and development tendency of university teachers;Having discussed P.E.institutes teacher continuing education concept system,as well as concept system's connotation and extension;Having been clear about the domestic and foreign university teacher continuing education development present situation,fundamental mode,the basic methods,and the primary coverage; Base on the investigation and study,analyzed the main factors that affecte the P.E.institute teacher' s continuing education,following the above factors,further analyzing and discussing the factors what influence the different disciplines and the different level teachers continuing education,and make sure what are the teacher' s manner and demand for the continuing education;After analyzing the different title teachers job characters,having carried on a more discussion to the different title teachers continuing education characteristic;United the specialization's essential feature of university teachers,discussed the different between theory teachers and the gym teachers specialization essential feature,based on the theoretical analysis and the exploration, constructed the teacher continuing education system of P.E.institutes. This system makes the teacher' scontinuing education of P.E.institutes in order and outlines the bare bone structure.
