As we all know,the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers in our country generally has an embarrassing situation with high demand but insufficient effectiveness.The cause of this problem involves multiple parties involved.With the promulgation of the "Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers"in 2012,it shows that China's basic education has really entered the era of quality assurance,and the development of basic education in China is already at a relatively high level.Knowing ourselves and knowing each other is not a battle.In order to improve the professional ability of middle school teachers,only by specifically understanding the continuing education needs of current middle school teachers,can we provide effective continuing education support for teachers in order to help middle school teachers improve their professional ability and thus improve the quality of education.Instead of letting continuing education flow in form and slogan.This paper takes the middle school teachers in Jiulong District of Chongqing as the research object.On the basis of combing the theory of continuing education needs of middle school teachers,this paper adopts the research methods such as questionnaires and interviews,combined with the "Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers",from the professional concept and the teacher's moral dimension.Three levels of professional knowledge dimensions and professional competence dimensions were investigated for the current situation of secondary school teachers' continuing education needs.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the continuing education needs of middle school teachers,and puts forward targeted countermeasures for the problems of continuing education of middle school teachers in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing Municipality,with a view to improving the pertinence and effectiveness of secondary school teachers' continuing education needs training.This article is divided into the following five chapters:Chapter One Introduction.This chapter mainly analyzes the background significance of the research from the macroscopic perspective,defines the core concepts,and summarizes the research ideas and research framework of this paper.The second chapter discusses related theories.This chapter discusses the connotation,content and significance of the continuing education needs of middle school teachers.Chapter ? Survey of the status quo.Based on the "Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers",this chapter investigates the current situation of continuing education needs of secondary school teachers in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing City,and uses SPSS20.0 to statistically analyze statistical data to lay the data foundation for the following problem analysis.Chapter ? Analysis of problems and causes.According to the statistical results of the previous chapter,the problems of continuing education needs of middle school teachers in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing City were analyzed,and the reasons for the problems were analyzed by interviews.Chapter ? Countermeasure Research.This chapter mainly puts forward the problem of continuing education needs of middle school teachers in combination with the above,and proposes a coping strategy.
