With the structural reform o f higher education in our country and the implement of charging system in colleges and universities, and the expansion of rural-urban income gap, students from families with financial difficulties have been rising steadily, especially the students from the rural area. The contradictions of all kinds among study, life and interpersonal communication become increasingly critical. Under such, a background, the present study of financial aid for needy students from rural areas in universities has great theory value as well as practical significance.The study of financial aid for needy students from rural areas in universities is the demand of talents training in universities, and guarantees the rights of meeting the needs of many educates. It also is the recognition of the human capital investment and higher education cost sharing.
