On The Situation And Reform Developing Strategies Of Education In Jianghua Yao Ethnic Autonomous County

The abundance and stability of the society is based on education.The development of career is associated with education. Education is the main way of human knowledge transmission, it is related to personal future, family destiny, people’s happiness, and the development of a district, education is the biggest livelihood. Since the reform and opening up, the various departments at all levels adhere to give the priority to put the development of education on the strategic position. In the new historical period, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council took education as an important part of support of economic development mode and social construction.Minority education is an important part of national education in China. The development of education in minority areas is conducive to carry forward the cultural tradition of minority nationalities, is conducive to accelerating the development of ethnic education, is conducive to the common development of all ethnic groups,is conducive to the stability and unity of the country, is conducive to the common prosperity of all ethnic groups, is conducive to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The JiangHua County, Hunan Province is located in less populated areas of YongZhou City. Surrounding the fact of a bigger population,more developed economy a stronger education in the county, through the development of various types of education, improve quality citizenship,the county’s economic development,social progress in the fine tradition and culture heritage has played a catalytic role is the purpose of thisresearch.This paper summarized the current development and achievements of the Jianghua Yao Autonomous County in recent years. At the same time, this paper clarified that the current investments in education need to be increased, school conditions need to be improved, the mode of running school needs to be changed,the development of urban and rural education is not balanced, the construction of teachers should be strengthened, and the campus culture needs to be improved. At the same time, the reasons of the above problems are analyzed. The paper also pointed that we must explore the constant development of Jianghua Yao Autonomous County Education by completing the policy hole, enlarging the funds investment,making efforts to improve the school conditions,promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education, changing the concept of education, deepening the reform of the educational theory, strengthening the building of teachers groups, building the vigorous construction of campus culture and so on to promote strategies of reform development on Jianghua Yao Ethnic Autonomous county’s education.
