The Study Of Cultivating System And Guiding Ideology Of Juveile Football Reserve Talents

Competitive sports is the core in a nation's sports and the essence of competitive sports is the competition between athletes. The training of the reserved atheletes is a key point and foundation of assuring one country's continuous development. The developing history of football witnesses that the juvenile football reserve talents is the base of a realization of football's sustainable development. Only by putting emphasis on the training of juvenile football reserve talents can the football get developed and improved. The key reason why china' football hasn't achieved substancial improvement lies in the fact that the juvenile football reserve talents don't get good training. It is necessary to take measures from systems and guiding theology to solve the difficult problem.This thesis applies documentary data method, investigation method, logical reasoning method and mathematical statistics method to give an overview of training history of teenage football reserve talents in China, and mainly analysizes and reflects present training system, exercising system, management system of juvenile football talents. At last, this thesis from the point of guiding ideology analyses the direction and principles which juvenile football talents training should be upheld.The purpose of this thesis is to study two fundamental problems:training system and guiding ideology of juvenile football talents, which is combined with youth football players' cultivating history and the analysis of the current situation, and provide help for the cultivating work of the juvenile football talents. The significance is to research the cultivating problems of juvenile football talents from the perspective of system and ideology, and provide strong theoretical basis for the cultivating work of juvenile football reserve talents in China.Conclusions:(1) With the development of soccer in China,the current youth football training system is not suitable for the current situation,football schools,amateur clubs,amateur sports school has been unable to take on three forms of soccer reserve's training work.(2) At present,China's youth football in the campus to carry out negative,resulting in penetration is not enough football,leading to reduction in the number of Football Talents available for selection is too small.(3) The system is divided into popular youth football competition and improve the series,but at present the development of popular series are not taken seriously,and the race series the lack of effective management,lack of scientific performance appraisal system.(4) Our country Football Player in management institutions including national,regional,provincial and municipal Youth Football Committee.But in recent years, the Committee did not play well at all levels of their respective functions.Therefore, the need to further improve the Youth Football Committee's functions.(5) Training of Young Soccer Players in the lack of scientific guidelines,Talented youth football uniform lack of understanding of the work.
