The Concept of People-Oriented has been the basic principle abided by when modern social affairs management is carried out. The Scientific Outlook on Development, the core of which is People-Oriented, was set as the guiding ideology at the 17th national congress of the communist party of China. The Theory of Humanitarianism attracts our attention again. At the same time, we must notice the fact that not all of the humanitarian ideological content is correct, all can be our moral norms, while we follow the humanitarianism and people-oriented. Contemporary college students, featuring their pursuit of self-independence and self-interest, focus on the right of individual, which can facilitate their healthy personality and the pursuit of their self-value. The scientific humanitarian education plays a vital role in helping college students foster correct world outlook, views on life and values. Therefore, as to the education in college and university, we must always implement the education of humanitarianism and carry out ideological& political education based on the principle of people-oriented. However, the scientific humanitarian education, an indispensable part of education, is neglected in the current college education, such neglect resulting in various problems in the development of students'forming healthy personality. Based on the reinterpretation of the theory of scientific humanitarianism, by integrating the content of scientific humanitarian education, this paper aims to analyze the problems caused by the loss of such scientific education, study some concrete strategies, point out its importance &benefit, and then explore the effective measures to develop college students in an all-round way with high quality. By improving the proportion of scientific humanitarian education in their ideological& political education and implementing such education according to both college students'own characteristics and social moral requirements, college education should guide students to comprehend human beings value, care people, cherish people, respect people and help students build healthy personality and develop in an all-round way. This paper features its innovation in carrying out humanitarian education from the angle of both teachers and students who can also the active educator for themselves and considering scientific humanitarian education as a vital part of ideological& political education. The paper consists of five chapters. They are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, including the background, the purpose, significance, methods and ideas, and the related literatures reviewed in this paper.The second chapter is the definition and importance of college students' scientific and humanitarian education .It differentiates the definition and general contents of humanitarian, scientific humanitarian, scientific humanitarian education .It also analyses the characteristics and the importance of current college students' scientific humanitarian education and provides the foundation for the next part of the paper.The third chapter is the contents of college students' scientific and humanitarian education. It thinks the "people-oriented" as a fundamental basic concept and combines the contents of scientific and humanitarian education with the situation in China. It assimilates traditional moral education and relationships to people-oriented standards of behavior and makes scientific humanitarian education theory and reality combined.The fourth chapter is the problems and adverse effects of college students' scientific and humanitarian education. From the perspective of the two aspects of the undergraduate itself and university education it analyzes and studies the existing problems and the negative effects of college students' scientific and humanitarian education.The fifth chapter is the realization ways of college students' scientific humanitarian education. It explores from the aspects of educators, be educators and education environment, etc to promote scientific and humanitarian education and improve college students'humanitarian ideas and correct value system.
