Teaching profession is a high risk of occupational stress. Occupational stress of teachers and students will have the teachers themselves have serious implications for physical and mental development. As China further reform of basic education, full implementation of the new curriculum reform, the rising professionalization of teachers, teachers occupational stress problem has emerged. In this paper, based on existing research, high school physical education teachers in Jinan City, and general classroom teachers, occupational stress status, source of occupational stress analysis and comparison of the status of the investigation and mitigation put forward on this basis, high school Physical Education Teacher stress response.The thesis has four parts:The first part is the pressure and related research. Paper describes the main issues, topics and research based on meaning. Analyzes the occupational stress on the development of mitigation strategies because of the physical education teachers in the teaching process on the new curriculum and the practice and theoretical significance. Individual PE teachers to adapt their professional capabilities and raise the level of the following main aspects: first, to increase self-efficacy of teachers, foster and strengthen the ability to adapt to high school physical education teachers, occupational stress relief, and second, to improve poor psychological state of a correct understanding of the pressure reduce bad mood, and the third, correct and balanced understanding of the relationship between work and family life, increase social support, the fourth, a correct view of the pressure, the courage to face the pressure, proactive self-adjustment Fifth, strengthen ideological and improve the professional level, strengthening the construction of high school physical education teacher, high school physical education teachers to improve the level of physical education, physical education teachers to meet the self-efficacy.
