And to high school biology teacher interview, foundation of questionnaire investigation in consult domestic and international a large amount of documents and materials, predict, and then revise, implement questionnaire investigation first, finally until factor analyze obtain " high school biological Mr.'s working pressure scale , area of Yanbian". Investigate 102 biology teachers of 26 high school of counties and cities for subject of studying at eight areas in Jilin Province Yanbian, combine the domestic and international scholar's materials and data, has carried on scientific analysis and summary, the result is as follows:1.The biology teacher's relative shortage of high school in Yanbian area is 6%, the whole quality of teaching body is not high, teachers'age composition is not enough reasonable under the age of 30, accounting for 55% under the 7 years such as length of teaching, key teachers of the young and the middle aged are fewer than 30%, provincial pace-setter in scientific research, backbone are only a person, only accounts for 1% of the regional biology teacher of high school, is well below the proportion of teacher's project of other disciplines.2. Discipline status relatively low, biological teachers comment, engage in treatment, professional title with at position promote as other disciplines yet.
