The curriculum reform we are carrying on is an cultural transformation more than contentreform. And these reform need teachers'culture to be changed accordingly. But the conditionsof the teachers'culture is not clearly, The Original one is being burst but still work but thenew one is not already working, so the conditions is we need the teachers culture are developfrom individualism to collaborative culture, and recondition the collaborative culture. Theimportant thing is these recondition is not mean to get rid of the original on, we need it to bechanged gradually.The teacher culture means the self-awareness value system and behavior standards beacquired by teachers through selection, formation and development during the education. Andhave the character of positive mutually depends, goal , integration , subjectivity and moving.And teachers collaborative culture have three essentials, they are the shared value and thief ofteachers, organization system and criterion of behavior. the former is the inside core themiddle is guarantee and the later is exterior behave. When we want recoduct the teachercollaborative culture we need to know the conditions of the teacher culture. And we do theresearch from the aspect of culture-societal to know the relationship among the newcurriculum, the school culture and the collaborative.We use the case study as tool to know the reality of the conditions of teacher , and we findthe conditions of the teacher culture is complex. The teacher have realized the importance ofthe collaboration, but they have not form the self-consciousness of collaboration, and not beable to do it right. And the curriculum reform offers the opportunity to do collaborate.The present stage teacher culture synthesizing case study to come to a conclusion has beenin the revolution of culture type period , has displayed various culture form coexistencecharacteristic, the culture current situation shows a teacher being that section time culture isobvious; Individual occupation is set mind on; Trusting to school culture; The technicalityworking together is taken face; Resource share consciousness is strong; Artificial cooperationworks together spontaneously; The formalism on certain degree works together; Leader'sdoubleness affects several this way in teacher culture being developed characteristic.Carry out teacher collaborative culture reconstruction but enter common wish scenery andbelief working together from evoking a teacher; Establish the level membership credentialsmoving mutually between the teacher; Found the teaching and research group of open schoolour weaving system; Build long effect nature organization; Build this sustained effectiveseveral driving force mechanism aspect start.
